Monday Laughs
I have a warped sense of humor and this to me is what funny is all about. (It also doesn't hurt that we have this same contraption for our beagle and have "tried" it as well-although not on our necks and NOT to this degree.)

I nearly wet my pants laughing at this, so we must have the same sick sense of humor. My husband has tried out our dogs' invisible fence collars, but...as you say...not on his neck! Incidentally, they don't work on our dogs. My big dog used to wear two heavy duty collars at a time and still leave the yard. We now have a real fence.
I thought I was going to throw up from laughing so hard-my mom and I were in tears!
I needed that ;)
